Ping-Pong: the Arduino way
What is the relationship between Table Tennis and Arduino?
Today I suggest you to take a look at two projets, each using an Arduino based solution to play Ping Pong in a different way.
Today I suggest you to take a look at two projets, each using an Arduino based solution to play Ping Pong in a different way.
The first one was posted by ATMEL Staff on their blog. It's a simple robot to serve ping pong balls: http://atmelcorporation.wordpress.com/2014/04/23/video-playing-ping-pong-the-arduino-way/
You can see it in action in the video below:
The next project is based on OOTSIDEBOX's Touchless & Gesture technology.
It's using:
- a 7 inches Android tablet
- the game "Table Tennis 3D" by Giraffe games
- the ootsidebox's 3Dpad touchless controller (Arduino shield)
- An Arduino Uno board (Atmel ATmega328 on board)
And now,
just imagine that you'll be able to play this way with you friends at the other side of the world, this is the magic of the connected objects...
